Give a girl the right pair of shoes and she can raise loads of dosh for charity!!
Give a girl the right pair of (running) shoes . . . And she can RACE FOR LIFE
In July 2010 I'm gonna be temporarily ditching the much-loved high-heels in exchange for trusty trainers as I raise as much dosh as possible for Cancer Research and take part in the
RACE FOR LIFE!
If you can sponsor me, even just a little, I'll be eternally grateful and promise to run just that little bit faster ;-)

Inspired by 'Fabulous' Magazine's 'Heels that Heal' campaign, Stephanie Connolly has pledged to donate 50% from every sale of her Ebook, 'Give a girl the right pair of shoes . . . And she can conquer the world!' to the charity Wellbeing of Women.
We all have a story to tell. 'Give a girl the right pair of shoes . . . ' is mine. And a large propotion of the book is focused on my experience of losing my baby boy, Harrison, at 20 weeks gestation.
I'm a girls girl. I respect women, I'm proud to be a member of the fairer sex and ultimately I would like my own stories and experiences to be of some comfort to other ladies out there. Because the number of us that experience health issues that only effect women is astonishing.
'WoW' do so much for those of us who have been forced to conquer issues such as miscarriage, reproductive problems and gynaecological issues.
It's not easy to talk about these kind of issues, and from time-to-time I think we could all do with a little support from the society of sisterhood. Wellbeing of Women are there to support and help us all and I wanna help too :-)
So to do my bit to contribute I'm donating £2.50 for every copy of 'Give a girl the right pair of shoes . . .' downloaded between now and the end of February 2010.
You can download your copy today and for just 5 weeny pounds get yourself a little entertainment and amusement from my book and of course that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing you've helped to raise dosh for such a worthy cause :-)
